Bringing Joy to Fitness is what I desire most for women! When you have fun and enjoy your fitness routine you will make it a lifestyle for an amazingly healthy you! My bio includes a BS in Exercise Science, Master in Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). I also have many certifications from CrossFit to HIIT working with women from teenagers to women in their 70s! I am certified nutrition coach and mindset coach that I use in the videos and with my coaching! It is all about the best version of you - getting a workout designed for any level to look better, feel better and move better is my channel goal! I love helping women through my channel and my coaching program to get the results they desire - feeling great in their own skin and to be the best version of themselves!
