Episode 6 - Jules Xenakis- Understanding your teen

Jules Xenakis

Jules Xenakis is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and a Transformational Recovery Coach for the coaching company Being True To You. She works primarily with teenagers and young adults who have previously been diagnosed with things such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and substance use. All of these were components of her own life’s journey and she draws on her own experiences as a valuable asset in coaching others on their transformational and healing path.

In her work as a coach, it is her mission to help teenagers and young adults recognize and cultivate out of the addictive attachments keeping them tethered to suffering in this human experience. Jules holds the belief our suffering can teach us valuable lessons about the things that truly matter in life. It can show us the path to connecting with our authentic selves, and help us overcome the obstacles necessary to achieve peace, joy, and true presence each day. Jules helps her clients connect with their True identity, stripped of outside influences, and establish their moral and ethical compass in life to help them navigate hardship, transform suffering, and cultivate the path of their Highest Self."
